Summary
Whether working with clients, patients, or colleagues, professional decision making requires good judgment. Judgment calls, however, are only as good as the credibility of the information on which they are based. But how do you know when someone is lying? This program will illustrate how to find out, using practical methodology based on well-documented and cutting-edge research, demonstrating the most effective techniques in judging credibility. Presented in an entertaining and interactive format, you will learn how to spot deception within a broad spectrum of personality types, in a wide variety of areas, depending on your role in the mental health system.
