Will the conference be held in person this year?
The conference will be held at the beautiful Marriott Marquis in downtown San Diego.
Will there be a virtual option for the conference?
Not at this time.
what is your cancellation policy?
Refunds are not guaranteed due to the cancellation of an FMHAC event, including those that are cancelled due to COVID-19 or other State Order. All other cancellation will follow standard FMHAC cancelation policies noted below.

- $50 cancellation fee if request is received by February 14, 2025.
- $100 fee if received after February14, 2025.
- Cancellations are not refunded after April 1, 2025.
Can i pay onsite? If so, what forms of payment do you accept onsite?
Yes. You can pay your registration onsite. We accept all forms of payment (Credit Card, Check, Cash).
My FMHAC membership will expire before the event. what do i do?
Attendees are responsible for ensuring that their membership is kept up to date through the date of the conference. You may renew your membership at the time of your attendee registration purchase and it will be added to your total. Alternatively, you may also renew your membership when it comes up for renewal, or you may choose to pay for your renewal onsite.
what is your covid safety protocol?
FMHAC is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment. We are actively monitoring guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control for health and safety. We hope to see you at the conference!

FMHAC offers honorarium to all Keynote, Opening and Closing presenters.

IS THERE A FEE FOR PARKING?
The Marriott charges $25 per day for self parking.
Do you offer government rates on hotel rooms?
We've secured a limited number of rooms at the prevailing state per diem rate, however these rooms typically sell out within 72 hours. We've secured additional rooms at a discounted rate within our room block for attendees.
Are Meals Provided?
Attendees receive lunch on Thursday.
