At the 2019 FMHAC Board Retreat, FMHAC adopted its Five-Year Strategic Plan. In this plan, goals and objectives were identified and strategies were established to serve as a road map and offer direction that help outline measurable goals.
The Strategic Plan will be reviewed each year during the Summer Board Retreat to assess whether the five major goals and objectives are still relevant to the needs of FMHAC. Strategies that support the goals and objectives will be examined and the outcome will guide operational decisions.
